These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 5A Fabrication website and any purchases, quotes, or fabrication services provided by 5A Fabrication (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
5A Fabrication provides custom metal fabrication services, including (but not limited to) custom chimney caps, shrouds, spark guards/strips, chase covers, and related custom fabrication work.
All products are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including measurements, photos, and specifications. If details change, pricing may change.
Any pricing sheets or design sheets are provided for convenience and may be updated at any time. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors.
Most products fabricated by 5A Fabrication are custom-built to customer-provided measurements and specifications.
You are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, and job details.
If measurements or details are incorrect, 5A Fabrication is not responsible for fitment issues, installation issues, or additional costs.
If we provide drawings, specifications, or an order sheet for approval, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm all details before fabrication begins.

We strive to meet our stated lead times. Lead times may vary depending on:
Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Payment may be required in full or in part before fabrication begins. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order.
Payments made through our website are processed through a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card information.
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend services and dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation.
Changes requested after an order is placed may result in additional charges and may impact lead time.
Because our products are custom fabricated, cancellations may not be possible once fabrication has started.
If a cancellation is approved prior to fabrication, any non-refundable deposits, materials, or processing fees may be withheld.
Due to the custom nature of our products, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where 5A Fabrication confirms a fabrication error.
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within [5] business days of delivery or pickup.
Our products must be installed properly and in accordance with applicable building codes, fire codes, and manufacturer requirements.
