If you come across a chimney cap or shroud need (commercial or residential), send the project to 5A Fabrication. We’ll follow up within 1 business day—and you’ll receive a thank-you reward when a qualifying order is completed and paid.

• $50 per completed qualifying referral
• $75 if the referred purchase is over $1,000
• $150 if the referred purchase is over $1,500
   

If your company policy doesn’t allow accepting incentives:

• $50 donation in your name per completed qualifying referral

• Submit a lead with basic info (name, address, best contact info, and what you observed—photos help).
• We reach out within 1 business day and take it from there.
• You earn a reward after the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase and the order is completed and paid.

A referral generally qualifies when:

• The customer is new to 5A (or we haven’t done business with them in the last 12 months)
• The referral is submitted before the customer places an order (or within 7 days of their first contact with us)
• The customer completes a paid qualifying sale of $500+ (see below)

Rewards are issued only when the referred customer completes a paid qualifying sale of $500 or more.

Important: The $500 minimum is based on qualifying product total only (it does not include freight/shipping, taxes, rush fees, or excluded items).

Qualifying totals and rewards do not include:

• Shipping/freight, local delivery charges, taxes, rush fees
• Warranty replacements / no-charge remakes
• Single flashing
• Add-on items and accessories (including but not limited to: air intake termination, radiation shield, paint grip, and other supplemental components)
   

If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, submit it anyway—we’ll confirm.

• Rewards are issued after the referred order is completed and paid
• Rewards are processed bi-weekly
• We may confirm details to prevent duplicate submissions and ensure accurate reward crediting

If you choose the donation option, the donation must be made to a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (or the equivalent registered charitable organization in your jurisdiction).

If no eligible organization is provided—or if the organization can’t be verified—5A may request an alternative or donate to an eligible charity of our choosing.

• Please submit leads with the customer’s permission to share their contact information.
• Rewards are not available where prohibited by law, or where restricted by company policy.
• 5A Fabrication reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the program, and to decline referrals tied to misuse, conflicts, or non-payment.
